A Journey into the energetic Universe with eROSITA all-sky X-ray Surveys

In the next few years, eROSITA will deliver an X-ray map of the Universe with unprecedented detail, providing insights into various (astro)physics targets from dark energy to black holes and transient phenomena. Prof. Marcella Brusa will review the results from the extragalactic population obtained during the first two years of observations and will highlight the crucial role eROSITA will play in pinning down the sources of very high-energy emission, thanks to its unique combination of spatial resolution and sensitivity.
